Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cosign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, including purchases made by AI agents you authorize.
Purchase Approvals
Cosign presents purchase requests from your AI agents for your review, including the merchant, items, amount, and shipping address (if applicable). By approving a purchase request, you confirm that all details — including the shipping address, merchant, and total amount — are correct and authorized. You are responsible for reviewing these details before approving. Cosign is not liable for purchases shipped to incorrect addresses, sent to the wrong merchant, or made for incorrect amounts that you approved.
AI Agent Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the actions of AI agents operating under your account. This includes ensuring agents submit accurate merchant information, correct pricing (including taxes, shipping, and fees), and valid shipping addresses. Cosign facilitates the approval process but does not verify the accuracy of information submitted by your agents.
Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Virtual cards issued through the platform are subject to the terms of our card-issuing partner. Approved purchases result in a hold on your funding source for the authorized amount. If the purchase is not completed within the hold period, the hold is released automatically.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cosign for any unlawful purpose, to process fraudulent transactions, to circumvent spending limits or controls, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Cosign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from purchases you approved, incorrect shipping addresses, or AI agent errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and pending purchase requests will be cancelled.
